This week I posted a Summery Shrimp & Pasta Salad. This salad is the perfect addition to any summer BBQ or picnic. Bright veggies, cool shrimp, and whole wheat pasta all tossed in a tangy lemon vinaigrette. Scrumptious.

I also posted these CrAzY Colored Cookies! These were a bit of work, but a lot of fun to make and eat. A perfect activity for the kiddos, and a tasty finished product!
