This recipe is the same as my MnM's Cookie Pie recipe. You know the recipe that broke the internet back in
2012 and was born out of sheer laziness? Yeah, that one. Click the link above to check it out. Or just make
this one.
Whatevs.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
1 cup + 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 tbsp sprinkles
Preheat oven to 325*F
Cream butter and sugar with a handheld mixer for 2-3 minutes.
You want the butter whipped a bit and the consistency nice and creamy.
Add in egg and extract and blend.
Combine the flour and baking soda.
Mix until completely incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Dump into a greased 9.5" pie pan and bake for 25-30 mins.
Test with a toothpick- when the toothpick comes out clean it’s done.
Cool completely, cut into cookie pie slices and enjoy!
