Margarita Wings made with Lime-A-Rita

Back to school means back to Football! We love wings in my house. We make all kinds of wings using different spices and seasoning packets. They take a little longer to cook than my regular dinners, but they are so worth it!

We made these with a can of Bud Light's Lime-A-Rita. It gives it a limey margarita taste that, together with some cilantro and garlic seasoning, makes wings that are sure to fly off the serving plate!

Margarita Wings made with Lime-A-Rita
1 pkg chicken wings (7-8 wings)
1 can of Lime-a-Rita
Juice from 1 lime
1 tsp salt
1 tbs lime, garlic, cilantro seasoning + more for sprinkling
1 tbs chopped fresh cilantro

On a clean cutting board with a sharp knife separate drumette, middle, and tip. Discard the tips.
Place the chicken in a zip topped bag and add Lime-A-Rita, lime juice, salt, seasoning, and cilantro. Zip the bag tight and shake to distribute the flavors. Let bag sit in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes, 1 hour is optimal.

Heat oven 425*. Place a non-stick wire rack on a baking sheet covered with foil. Place chicken on wire rack leaving space between each piece and sprinkling additional seasoning on the wings if desired. Bake for 25 minutes and then flip. Bake another 25 minutes and remove from oven allowing to cool on the rack for about 5 minutes before removing.

Salt to taste and serve.
