Creamy Cool Hot Cocoa Dip

This Creamy Cool Hot Cocoa Dip is super easy, fun, and most importantly, tasty! It's so easy that the kids can whip this up for themselves!

I love getting the kids in the kitchen. It really gives them a sense of accomplishment and the knowledge that they are so capable of "grown-up" things! They already fix their own breakfasts in the morning, thanks in part to a toaster oven and also easily accessible things like cereal and milk. Having the kids make their own dinner every now and then is good practice for them, but these kiddos, they're snackers!

After school the first thing I always hear is "Can I have a snack?".  The answer is always yes, but I am not always available to drop what I am doing (mostly wrangling the dogs to take them outside) and help fix something.

This dip paired with their favorite graham cookies is a great choice. Made with Greek yogurt I know it has the protein they need to stay satisfied until dinner, plus they're getting a sweet treat that's loaded with calcium and not fat or sugars!
