Good Morning & Happy Friday!
I'm Doree, and I blog over at Top Notch Mom. Top Notch Mom is not just a blog for moms, but all those that share the same passion for food, entertainment, and family as I do! You'll find easy recipes, DIY projects, food & product reviews, photography, and my personal experiences as a new mom. I'd love for you to stop by Top Notch Mom and see what it's all about.
Today I will be sharing my Ham & Cheese Frittata with all of you. I haven't seasoned my cast iron skillet yet so in the photo below you'll see I used an oven safe pot which was just the right height and worked perfectly. This frittata is also a perfect “breakfast for dinner” meal. Feel free to add or replace any of the vegetables, meat, or cheese and you can easily have your own custom frittata in no time.
