I entered an Iron Baker challenge yesterday hosted by 20 going on 80 and the voting begins today!

The secret ingredients were Caramel and White Chocolate

My entry was One Mug Two People Microwaved Lava Cake

It's a dark chocolate mug cake with white chocolate lava topped with caramel. It's cooked in the microwave and you can make it in 3 mins easy!

It's the perfect quick dessert to share with your hunny...or devour yourself. No judging!
